Rotaract Youth Leadership Conference Day 1

Earn service learning hours while attending the Rotaract Youth Leadership Conference on Friday, September 14, 2018! Afterwards, share what you’ve learned and experienced with others who were not able to attend!

Preparation Instruction:
Register for the Rotaract Youth Leadership Conference 2018 with your school counselor or advisor, and attend the first day of the conference on Friday, September 14, 2018.

Activity Instruction:
Actively participate in breakout sessions (numerous team-building activities), and energizers!  After the conference, create a slideshow, flyer, film, or brochure to teach your peers something important or worthwhile that stood out to you. Share with peers and family in appropriate ways: social media, emails, class presentations, etc.

Reflection Instruction:

In order to earn service learning hours, a reflection needs to be turned in to a teacher who can input the hours into Power School. You need to address: What did you do? What did you learn? How was this an example of public service?
