Friends of the Parks - Dededo Limestone Forest Restoration Park

KISs - Island Girl Power in Dededo adopted a parcel of land next to the compound in Dededo to develop into a Limestone Forest Restoration Park. The park provides students and the community an opportunity to experience various elements of nature. Students learn about native and endemic species and our goal to restore native habitat. In order to restore native habitat, we teach student about the invasive species that we are removing from the park.  This project was started by community people excited to make a difference and provide positive activities that enhance the lives of our youth.
